Scope of works
- New build construction of 26 town houses and refurbishment of 2 bungalows with gross internal floor area of 3,190 m2.
- External hard and soft landscaped drives, footpaths and gardens.
- Installation of road, footpaths and retaining walls to adoptable highway standards.
- Offsite foul & surface water drainage design and installation to Statutory Authority standards.
- Agree design standards and carry out regular site inspections with Zurich Building Warranty.
- Acted as the Employer’s representative with all project stakeholders including bank funders, legal advisers, mains services installers, Local Authority departments, Statutory Authorities and Designers.
