Scope of work

  • New build construction of 80 Nr 2 bedroom flats in 5 separate blocks.
  • External hard and soft landscaped drives, footpaths and gardens.
  • 50m Canal-side mooring and retaining walls.
  • Road & footpaths to adoptable highway standards.
  • Offsite foul, surface water drainage and attenuation design and installation to Statutory Authority standards.
  • Agree design standards and carry out regular site inspections with Zurich Building Warranty.
  • Acted as the Employer’s representative with all project stakeholders including bank funders, legal advisers, mains services installers, Local Authority departments, Statutory Authorities and Designers.
