- Liason with Police to agree “Secure by Design” details and on site approval.

- Site remediation and piling works.
- New build construction of 80 Nr 2 bedroom flats in 5 separate blocks.
- External hard and soft landscaped drives, footpaths and gardens.
- 50m Canal-side mooring and retaining walls.
- Road & footpaths to adoptable highway standards.
- Offsite foul, surface water drainage and attenuation design and installation to Statutory Authority standards.
- Agree design standards and carry out regular site inspections with Zurich Building Warranty.
- Acted as the Employer’s representative with all project stakeholders including bank funders, legal advisers, mains services installers, Local Authority departments, Statutory Authorities and Designers.
